Ms. beau's attentiveness stood out. She ensured i had everything needed. the housekeeping kept everything immaculate. the lobby design felt beautiful.

the breakfast variety was limited, and i found the food presentation to be lacking.

a pleasant stay

rooftop swimming pool professional staff

The rooftop swimming pool was beautiful, though it lacked shaded seating. the staff were efficient and professional. I was impressed by their attentiveness.

i have stayed at somerset earlier and i am also their accord member. all counters were handling check out at the same time and this lady beau after verifying and talking on her walkie talkie asked me to pay for slippers are missing in the room and u will have to pay for it , i protested and told her to check as haven't touched them. after sometime she found the slippers and says coffee cups are missing and you will have to pay for them , again i protested. i told her if this is your policy you should have asked me at the time of checking in about the verification process as none of the other guest checking out were being asked this things. instead of apologising she spoke with her colleagues in thai language and rudely gave me my bill copy.

The gym had adequate equipment for a good workout. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the location across from a large mall, providing easy access to shopping and dining. The staff was generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
